Abridged Imagetics consists of a series of texts written by the author, including The Ladder for Two or The Communist Ladder (2006); The Tautological Stadium (2006); Bergen Bathers (2006); Divers of the Rhine (2006); The Rocket Launch (2007); Wadden Walkers (2008).

Abridged Imagetics is based on the conceptualisation of imaginary situations and descripitions of rituals breaking with the everyday. Transversal to both origins is the documentation of performances and the problematics of its communication beyond the literality of the image.

Using repetion, elipses and an evident pragmatism, both in the told situation and in the structure of the text, these appear as a-narrative images.

A dialogue is thus established between the pragmatic structure of the text [exhibit] and the ontology of each situation [lived experience].
